Dear family,
I am Mihaela, your host. ANAVITAL began with our own parents: we wanted a place where they would be better off than at home, warm, clean, with food cooked every day and people who have time to sit and talk.
Here, a day means a warm coffee, a story heard to the end and a hand that is never in a hurry.

From our yard
Many good things
come straight from the yard.
We keep hens and a vegetable garden, and the food is cooked in-house every day. We put up pickles and preserves for winter, keep the old custom of the winter pig slaughter and, yes, we make our own țuică.
