Daily life

Every day has its own rhythm.

The healthy routine seniors need, with the freedom to choose and the joy of small pleasures.

A day at ANAVITAL

Time is no longer measured in hurry, but in calm.

    Bread in the oven

Natural aromatherapy: the smell of warm bread wakes the house.

Three options to choose from and an egg made to order. Then a short health check.

  3. 10:00

    Movement

Physiotherapy, gentle exercise, therapy sessions. And a snack: seasonal fruit or a baked apple.

  4. 12:30

    Lunch

Soup, a main course, salad or pickles, homemade bread.

  5. 14:00

    Siesta

    Quiet rest in your room.

  6. 16:00

Pie, strudel, doughnuts or sweet bread, with tea. Then games, knitting, reading.

  7. 17:00

    Outdoors

A walk in the fresh air or time on the terrace.

  8. 18:30

    Dinner

    Quiet overnight supervision.

At the table

Good food is part of
feeling at home.

We cook every day in our own kitchen, with seasonal fruit and vegetables. The menu follows a 14-day cycle, changes every three months and is approved by a doctor.

From our yard

Many good things
come straight from the yard.

We keep hens and a vegetable garden, and the food is cooked in-house every day. We put up pickles and preserves for winter, keep the old custom of the winter pig slaughter and, yes, we make our own țuică.
