02What we collect
Through the visit request form we collect your last name, first name, email address, phone number, who you are looking for a place for, and your message if you write one.
- If you accept cookies, we also collect information about your visit to the site through the HubSpot tracking code: the pages you viewed, where the visit came from (for example a search engine or a social network) and your IP address.
- Whatever you choose about cookies, we collect anonymous, cookieless traffic statistics through Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
03Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your request and arrange a visit: on the basis of the consent you give when sending the form and of steps taken at your request before any contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
- To send you other communications, only if you ticked that option in the form: on the basis of consent.
- To understand how the site is used and where visitors come from: on the basis of your cookie consent.
- To keep the site working and secure: on the basis of our legitimate interest.
04Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or pass it to other organisations for marketing. We use these providers, who process it only on our behalf:
- HubSpot, Inc. – the system in which we receive and manage requests. Our account's data is hosted in the European Union.
- Resend – emailing a copy of each request to office@anavital.ro, from its EU region.
- Vercel Inc. – hosting the site and the anonymous traffic statistics.
- Google – the map on the contact page.
05Transfers outside the EU
Some of the providers above are US companies. Where data may leave the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on mechanisms provided for by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
06How long we keep it
We keep request data for as long as we need it to answer you and stay in touch, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Exact retention period: [to be confirmed].
07Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before.

08Health data
The form on this site does not ask for health data. Please do not include it in your message; the medical documents needed for admission are discussed in person, during a visit.
